    So I'm back- still going strong since my June 3rd cheat. Have been spending uber time in the sun- walking and running around and none on the computer!
    So far I'm up to 36 days no cheating. Still doing induction until I go back to work- I hate eggs now and the only way I can eat them is with boursin cheese or goat cheese. Had a stall and realized that I was treating tomatoes like a salad veg! Oops! Now I limit to 2 cherry tomatoes a day and I have lost another 7 pounds!

    current weight as of:
    goal: 168-175 pounds then we will see if I need to lose any more.

    **well...I had a cheat, after a great start- and I'm starting again...just because I owe myself a clean slate.

        Lucidlemon - very healthy to spend some time away from a screen Congrats on the 37 days - that's over a month - you should put one of the buttons in your signature

            I am going to join this challenge because I have caught myself taking tastes of things I make for my husband and I need to work on not doing that. So today is my first day of DECIDING not to CHEAT!

                        I would like to join in the challenge, because it would be a good "check" for me, at least it would make me think twice before attempting to do something that will stall me!
