                  it's been a long time since I visited the board- I've had some slip ups- some current. I tink I really need to come back to the support in order to stay on track. It really helps to come in and be able to report everyday that you made it through another one without a cheat.

                  The good news is, Atkins has taught me that I don't need to binge, so even though I have had some cheats here and there- mostly a little bread that my son has fed me, some porridge with milk, a 1/4 cup of pasta with veg- not much into the sweets...thankfully...I'm still losing weight!!!

                  I'm down a total of 81-82 pounds!! only 40 more to goal and I really want to make the most of staying true to the plan.
                  I've started using my weight room so the muscle mass I am building is terrific.

                  Keep on keeping on everyone- I'm in this for the long haul too. I deserve it and so do you!

                  current weight as of:
                  goal: 168-175 pounds then we will see if I need to lose any more.

                  **well...I had a cheat, after a great start- and I'm starting again...just because I owe myself a clean slate.

                    Ok... I'm here. I have been cheat free/accident free for a few days now but I haven't counted so I will give myself five as that seems about right and continue from there.

                      I plan to stay cheat free until goal and that includes all holidays!!! I haven't cheated the last two years of holidays and I'm not starting now. I want goal!!! Doggone it!

                            Unfortunately I can't count today in my fresh cheat free start- but I have at least come to realize that when I am at work- I need to be very very very careful and avoid anywhere that there could be any free food. I swear they strive on torturing people with doughnuts at my work!!!

                            Grrrrr- I have figured out that I don't really like doughnuts anymore, now that I have eaten one for the first time since last april- so I guess something good came out of this.

                            I will succeed tomorrow!!
