    Hey gang! I'm in too!

    I've got to get this weight off me and quit farting around about it! LOL

    Ok, so here's what I'm going to do between now and Halloween:
    1) 72 ounces minimum of water every day.
    2) Exercise every day but Saturday. I too am committed to Sarah's Bodybuilding 101 thread. I need to do a better job on the cardio requirement! So you guys keep on me about that, okay?

          Hey Saty, well I'm starting on the vegetable rung. Vegetables are not my favorite thing and I'm not very creative with them, but I am going to try. I love salads and that's usually my vegetable intake. I'm going to try to add some broccoli, squash, onions, etc.

          Hey Cher, Silly, and Crystl, I can't wait to start shedding some pounds. Woohoo!

                Hey Cristy...Thanks! I've missed all of you too. School just started back a few weeks ago (I'm a teacher) and I've been a little stressed out and exhausted at the end of the day. I've just been stopping by long enough to pop in a few journals. Things are starting to calm down a bit so I'm excited about starting this challenge and checking in every day. I love the support I get from you guys and I love to give it too!

                  Okay I want to do this one too! This sounds fun!! I am excited. I am going to do this for one by not cheating!!! Two, drinking more water haven't been drinking as much as I should. And, three exercising, I haven't been doing that at all like I am supposed to. So, here I go.

                    Regarding the veggies...

                    Oh My... I love sauteed spinach with garlic or sauteed broccoli with melted cheese - so yummy! But they both have to be fresh veggies for me

                      Cher...hmmm...I might have to try the spinach. I've never been much for cooked broccoli. I always eat it raw with ranch dip.

                          Yummm... the spinach and broccoli both sound good. I've been eating cauliflower quite a bit lately too. Last week I fixed it like a loaded baked potato with a little cheese melted on it, bacon pieces and a little sour cream. It was very good!

                              Do you like sauteed mushrooms? I use them to supplement my veggie intake. I make them ALL the time and I'm sure my BF is sick of the sight of mushrooms, but they are SO good! I love green peppers too! Eat a cup a day usually.

                              Anyway, GET THOSE VEGGIES IN Liz!!! They are so necessary and SO good for you!
