The treadmill is a definite. I wanted to go back to the gym today but I have to go to my second job when I leave here and I doubt if I end up having time. Grrrrr !
I have to admit I slacked off on the exercise about two months ago when I got home from vacation. I haven't been motivated, but guess what?? This challenge has pushed me back into wanting to go! If I don't make it today, I'm definitely going tomorrow.
AND... I'm going to check into how much a personal trainer would cost for a couple sessions so I can figure out what kind of weight training exercises I need to be doing.

. Not good news. I'm only eating induction foods but I'm eating a lot! I'm in ketosis, so there's no problem there. I'm just wondering if I should change stats today. What to do
