    Yea for ditching 4 pounds! I hear ya...Induction sucketh greatly. But it only last a short time

                Thanks Saty!! I am excited I hope it stays for MOnday-- or even a few more #'s loss would be great!!

                I think the jalepeno's have a whoooshy effect-- If so I should be good-- I am still eating them today!!!

                Now--- if I can make it through the weekend-- all will be great!!!

                    bjs--congratulations on those 4#'s you sure do deserve them!!!! YAY!

                    cristy--do something! Take a walk outside, get on the treadmill, just SOMETHING to get moving again. Sometimes I have to go buy a new workout outfit to give me motivation. I like Saty's idea of planning when/where/how...but also laying out the clothes. Get your bag packed. I totally know how you are feeling...I got out of the routine and was out of it for at least 12 weeks! ACK! Change it up too if you need. Take an aerobics class or a spin class, something DIFFERENT if you have to. JUST DOOOOOOOOO IT!

                    I am DRIPPING sweat you guys! I went outside and got on the bicycle and did 15 minutes, but I couldn't get my heart rate up past 109. Sooooooooo I put the bike up and did walk/jog combinations for 30 minutes and burned 663 calories! WOOHOO

                      Good for you Joy. I'm finding it difficult to get motivated to workout tonight. I got grouchy because I waited too long to eat dinner. Now I'm just kind of emotionally exhausted.

                      I'm really going to try to get the upper body workout in.... UGH.

                        Ok, ok!!! I'll commit to.... ummm.... Saturday morning no later than 7:00am, how's that?? I would say tomorrow but I don't if I can get my butt out of bed to be there by 6:00 and I'm just not gonna promise for after work. But how's this.... I hereby SWEAR I will go to the gym Saturday morning, and I SWEAR I will do a minimum of 3 miles on the treadmill at home tomorrow. And tonight I'm going to ease back into it slow by doing some stretching and exercises at home. And I'll let you know tomorrow what I'm going to wear! LOL !

                        You know what's so silly? I really love it when I'm going. The pounds go faster and I really do love the way it makes me feel. I like that muscle soreness the next day because I know I've been doing something good for me.

                        (This is working... I'm actually getting excited about this again!)

                            I like the new workout clothes idea. That could be a reward... as soon as I hit the 50 pound mark, new outfit for the gym! And I definitely need to change it up. I thought about a spin class but I don't know... do you think I could really do that? I picture everybody in there being in tip top shape to be able to do it. I've done the aerobics before too and I like those.

                            You guys are inspiring me... man, I needed this!

                                cristy--you can do anything you put your mind to! I'm JOGGING for crying out loud. LOL I NEVER IN MY WILDEST DREAMS would have imagined that I coud JOG! HOLY CRAPOLA. Now, it's only for 1.5 minutes and then I walk for 2 minutes...but STILL! You just build up. You go today and do what you can do. The next time you push yourself to do ONE MORE MINUTE or some other time interval. For me and jogging it was for 30 more seconds. Sometimes I'm shy 5 or 6 seconds, because I think my lungs are going to explode...but I'm still DOING it. And...I just started back exercising 2 weeks ago. So...Come on and join me!! Pleaseeeeeeeeeeee??
