      What a fantastic list of posts to come back to after a weekend of camping! I'm all caught up and man oh man we've had some losers around here!

      BJS congrats on that 4lbs!! I knew it would stick!

      I've lost 2.5 lbs since starting! I couldn't believe it when I weighed this morning! Camping really did the trick. I'm proud that I didn't cheat. It was definitely tempting with all those snacks around. AND my brother made camp fire french toast....yeah....I was crying in my tuna fish and peppers.

                    Good Morning, checking in today with you all.

                    Yesterday I went way over my food intake. I kept to the accepted foods I can eat but I ate way too much and I did not want to stop. Really, I had a shrimp, avacado and tomato omelette for breakfast. Lunch was shredded chicken (it was supposed to be in mole, but I had them leave mine out of the mole.) Dinner was shrimp scampi, then I had some steak, then I had some cornish game hen.
                    I also ate broccoli and cheese in the daytime and had a salad with my shrimp scampi. Darn, way too much food and I'm paying for it today. Bathroom runs and cramping.

                    Today I'm taking it way easy. bacon and 2 scrambled eggs for breakfast.
                    Lunch is going to be egg salad with celery for scooping. Dinner is a cobb salad I purchased at the store. I feel so FULL TODAY

                    Lord, my dream is to lose this weight and to be healthier.

                      LOL...I did this yesterday. I ate all the "allowed" foods, but I made Atkins rolls and liked them so much I overate a little. I just couldn't believe I could eat "bread" again!

                      This morning I had a sausage and egg "sandwich"...it was amazing! I think we all have days when we pig out a little on our low-carb menus...some of the food is just too yummy

                        You know what I didn't even weigh in before the challange started! :-(
                        So what can I do., let just say I was 200 at the begin of the challage and as of this weekend I am officially 199lbs -1 for me

                          Wow Saty, love the chart!

                          I'm doing pretty well today. I was up 7 pounds from my last weigh in over the weekend! I just about fell over lol. This morning, I was back down. I think that was TOM's little parting gift to me...enough water weight to make me panic. All is good today though!

                          You're all doing so great! I can't wait to see everyone's final results come Halloween!

                            La La, you made it to ONDERLAND! Congratulations!!

                            Patty, you know....I was munchy all weekend too. I think because I was bored.

                            Okay Cristy, I got my exercise in. Today I rode my bike to the gym, did a lower body workout including a good ab workout (the details are in the bodybuilding 101 thread) and then i rode the bike back home.

                            Let's see....I've already had 90 oz water today....I had leftover chicken parm for breakfast, a salad and some roast beef for lunch, and dinner is hamburger patties with bacon and squash. Oh, I also had a handful of almonds and 4 bite sized pieces of honeydew.

                            All in all I've been a good girl today. I hope tomorrow brings a whooshie!!!
