            Alright, so I woke up this morning, minding my own business....

            I do my usualy routine, eat breakfast, throw in a load of laundry, clean up a bit.

            I start surfing as I usualy do on the web, but something seems different. I click on my ADBB button, go to one of my favorite challenge threads, and then.... it hits me....

            SILLY MADE GOAL!!!!!
            It's the smiley parade!!!

                            Joy - You're right. It doesn't help when I'm not on the board. When I see everyone's success it helps and when I talk about my struggles it helps. But, when I'm not on line and I don't have the support I just can't seem to stay on track.

                                            but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
