I had a lazy day in regards to exercising. I even had to make myself eat. A miracle happened at 7 pm, my neighbor wanted to go walking . So we speed walked together for 30 minutes .

Misslili - Thank goodness for neighbors! Maybe you two should make that a regular thing. Exercise is always better when you have a friend to do it with.

I'm up to a loss of 18 lbs in my 1 month and almost 2 weeks of being cheat free! I think the clean induction made the big difference. Also it helped that I read DANDR this summer so I got some good tips. I also added psyllium husk capsules to my regime to keep things "moving." Anyway, I'm really excited and I think I can definantly hit 151.5 by Halloween!
