    Good riddance, TOM, Hello WHOOSHIE! FINALLY scale's giving good news - toggling between 180 & 181 this am - went potty again so I'm taking 180! This still mean's I'm gonna have to bust @$$ for the remaining 6 weeks to stand a chance at the other 8 lb. coming off.


    If you all can do it, though, SO CAN I!!!

    but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

        162 today - Yay! I finally hit under 163 (the place where I was supposed to be when we started this challenge).

        Yay... I still have 6 more weeks to try and make my 9 pounds.

                          well-- no loss for me as I suspected.. So, I am going to push for 4 #'s this next week. I have been getting alot of excersise (coaching my son's soccer team) and working many hors on my feet.

                          Plus taking my son to drama club and choir practice, so I am burning way more calories then norm, but the hectic schedule has my eating off plan-- If I eat at all.. I am too tired and busy to eat, but yet not losing weight!!aaaarrgghh

                          Well, so no loss here for the week--- Next week better be a BIG one!!

                            Hey guys...Sorry I've been MIA the past week or so. I kind of let myself slip and one cheat led to another and another and another. BUT I'm back on track now and ready to shed these 10 pounds by Halloween.

                              Hi Liz. I think you are fantastic to get right back to it like this. I would hope that when I face this, that I will be as strong as you to get back in that short of time. I hope you did not stay away because of this, because we are here for you always. We can do this together.

                                Yipee, was going along real slow at half a pound here and there, but this challenge seems to have worked. Today I am down one whole pound since last week. Thanks everyone for the inspiration.
