    I would like to join too! :wave I am shooting for 215 by February. I would love to make it by my birthday on the 2nd...but at least less than today is good too. :yes

    I am 233 today - down 2lbs from last week! I started Atkins on a Tues and I weigh myself every Tues morn anyways so Tues would be good 4 me! :joy

    Can I still be added? :confused

        count me in is there gonna be a sticky or a certain place where we can go to every week, my stats are current and at the bottom goal by end of eb is to be under 200

            RIGHT!

            I set the bad example, and I GAINED 4 pounds, I need to cut out sodium, and bump up the H2O! I've lost 2 of those pounds, but I want the other 2 and then some OFF OFF OFF!!!

                    easttexasdaisy - :sadblinky you forgot about me- i was in there the 1st time you did it but not this time-.. btw i gained too about 3-4 lbs its that damn TOM- its the 1st tiem ive gained with it though i dont understand AND on top of that i drank more water yesterday then i had been doing urplequ: , usually during TOM i just stall that week???

                      Hi, my sistahs! Sorry for not checking in sooner. This has been a rough week and I'm on mental meltdown. It's all I can do to stay on diet and induction, and I only just exercised today for the first time in three days! OMG! I hope things slow down soon soon soon.
