        • How are my very favorite dearhearts doing?

          I think of each and every one of you while I'm on the treadmill (in non-offensive, friendly ways, natch!)

              I also plan on reaching my goal this year. I don't mind if it takes all year to lose the weight, as long as I lose it! :yes

              • :icondance The scale may not be moving lately...but I got out of the shower the other day...grabbed for my bath towel...and nearly jumped for joy...for the first time in years my towel actually wrapped all the way around WITHOUT bits of me peeking out! :icondance I know my jeans have been very loose this last week...but wow does this make my day!! :joy I started measuring at mybodycomp.com last week...so it will be interesting to see those stats progress. :yes The funny part for me is watching others give me funny looks at the holiday parties we have attended...mostly because they think I am blowing my diet by all the munching on the cheese & meat trays, the shrimp (no cocktail sauce)...I did bring my own drinks like decaf ice tea and hot tea...but i did eat a lot and often and I feel leaner...so I will be the one to laugh last. :joy

                  • Okay well to say the least I wasn't as good as I could have been over the holidays, so I weighed in this morning at 195... 5 pounds up. restarted a very clean induction yesterday so hoping to see those pounds fly off soon. I feel confident they will come off soon. Going to change my goal to 180 though. I want to be successfull and set something realistic to strive for... And if I get further than all the more to be happy about.

                    • Hey everybody I just got back from the gym and i weigh myself and say 175 :yikes I made a BOO BOO :sadblinky last sat. I need to learn how to stop having free day on sat any suggestion i all ways lose the weight and lose 2 extra pounds but i want to learn how to stop having free days I always jump back on sunday :help

                        Well you might see why you are dropping off the wagons on Saturday. If it is going out to eat, or to a movie or something in particular then make a game plan to eat the right foods on that day. Plan ahead on how you will deal with it.

                        As for me, I got a call and will be working out of town this week. I will try to log on often and update the chart. But probably not posting as much as normal. Hoping this will help me see a loss as well. I need one in a bad way!
