    Ok did Ramp it Up today. I did NOT want to do it. The SOLE reason I did it is because I knew I'd have to come here shamefacedly and tell ya'll I didn't do it, so thank you!

    I may even try the 6 pack workout later

      way to go skinny....nothing like a little accountability! well, i did not do mine tonight. i am taking today as my rest day instead of sunday....got home from work. the DD was at a friend's house for fun and dinner and my man invited me out to dinner....so i did that instead but insisted that sunday MUST we workout day no matter what...so i got my one day of rest and that is all!

      i'll check in tomorrow...BTW...my weak sauce shoulders really hurt today!

        Well I woke up this morning and feel like I need to be put in traction. My back and chest hurt SO BAD from those darn resistance bands! I am really going to have to force myself to do the workout today.....

            OH GOD YES! When she says "hold it, and release. NOW, 8 more reps" with that little smirk I wanna scream!! Seriously I am so sore today I don't know how I will even dress myself.

              hey guys!!! crazy busy here...writing from san diego tonight...i did work out last night and i got up an hour early this morning to do my ramp it up before heading out of town....made e. promise to get me home tomorrow night in time to get my exercise in before i get too tired! it will have been a long weekend.

                I'm slacking HARD. I didn't do it Friday or Saturday. Friday was in a MOOD and then yesterday it was raining and dreary here and we all just sat around like lumps. Oh so inspiring. Today I WILL do it and get back on the exercise wagon! Dh and I decided yesterday we are going on a cruise in Sept for our 10th anniversary so I have 5 months to get BUFF LOL!

                    Sorry I'm checking in a bit late. As life has a way of doing things, it seems the day AFTER I pop in and commit, I go dark because my computer takes a dump - a major main board, CPU type DUMP. I am now thankful (instead of mildly annoyed) that I married a major computer geek who hoards dinosaur parts as he was able to convert a few fossils so that now I can access my internet - which may as well be the whole reason why I have a computer.

                    Anyways, truth be told, I was agonizing right along with you all last week through Ramp It Up. I tell you, I have had SI6 for a LONG time and have never moved past Start It Up. I did Start it Up on 4/30 then decided to try Ramp it up on 5/1 and was SO excited that I actually made it through the WHOLE thing on the first try (although I could NOT do the last set of leg lifts). My zeal caused me to overdo it so I sputtered through Wed & Thurs, valiantly completed it on Friday and was SO wiped out I did NOTHING for Sat & Sun. Yesterday, I had good intentions but my new baby was requiring my attention ALL day so pretty much NOTHING got accomplished. Today, I am about to start Ramp It Up. I am hoping, maybe, that I can get through it so well this week that I can try Burn It Up next week. But, honestly, Burn It Up kind of scares me as I cannot imagine how a work out could get ANY harder than Ramp It Up.....

                                Hi, I'm new to the board, but been lurking for a while. I read about ya'll doing the slim in 6, and I got excited and ordered the dvd's, too. I started Tuesday and am doing it with my 12 yo daughter. We both survived start it up the first 2 days. We're going to do today's when she gets out of school. I'm off work early today, and didn't want to get up that early to exercise if I didn't have to. Not exactly a morning person. Looking forward to support to exercise. I haven't been exercising as I should, and thought this would get me in the groove.
                                Congratulations on the wedding! We want to get you in that dress!
