I know it is not January, but I am starting induction tomorrow and would like to join this challenge with you all to help keep me focused.
I am planning to weigh in the morning as the start of my induction so I will update my numbers then. I think I am about 191 and would like to get to 150, but I will be happy with the realistic goal of 160. Hey I can always aim lower later right.

I faltered but at least I did workout last night. 20 min treadmill, 30 min excruciating abs class.
Tonight, will do 45 min treadmill (maybe 1 hr) at level 3 various inclines.
Wt this morning 145.5 but I think it's water due to the fact I had too many pork rinds cuz I didn't pre cook any meat for my lunch. That's been corrected :nod
Wow, I really like fitday.com! I've been doing this Atkins for what seems like forever, had heard a lot about fitday.com, but never really used it! It totally put things in perspective. I am able to see that I'm getting ALOT more carbs than i thought. On 03/06 I had Campbells low carb cheese and brocolli soup, 2 1/3 Hardeens low carb burgers, 1 cup of green beans, and some rotissie chicken=14 carbs minus the fiber; On 03/07 I had a Hardees low carb breakfast bowl, Hardees low carb burger, and diet jello topped with whipped cream, and veggie stir fry=14 carbs. BUT on 03/ 08 I had 4 bratwurst, an avacado, 2 sausage patties from McDonalds, order of McDonalds eggs, and 4 double cheeseburgers from McDonalds without the buns=56 carbs!!!!!! I'm so mad at myself and realize I need to start counting carbs throughout the day. BUT I have burned a lot of calories from exercising the last few days.
Hello all just checking in. Usually I do a 56 min arobic tape at least once a day. But not today. Induction flu and pre-TOM what an absolutely horrible combination. My hubby is a truck driver and he feels so sorry for me. Like he could ever understand pre-Tom symptoms.
But hopefully tomorrow or Friday I will be back on my floor doing those steps and kicks and reach and .... yeah
