        Last night I did 48 min on the treadmill at level 7 with various inclines. My foot still craps out so I can't hit the 60 min mark yet :no Then I did 30 min upper body weight training.

        Tonight I'm going to do lower body weight training and 30-45 min on the treadmill. Maybe I'll try level 10!! :yikes

          Hello all

          I am back sort of. I am not 100% But am feeling a lot better.

          Should be able to get back to excercising this weekend. Monday at the latest.

              Hi all checking in for my first week of this challenge. I havn't been working out like I should; however I did play soccer three days last week. I borrowed the Slim in Six videos from a friend and DH and I are going to start them tonight.

              Weight: I am down 10 Pounds I think i was down more at the end of last week and then I cheated so here we go starting again. If I can ever learn to get through the weekends without a cheat I may make some real progress.

                Ughhh... I'm not feeling well at all. :sadblinky I didn't work out all weekend. I have to work but I'm going to rest as much as I can and get better.

                I didn't lose any but I'm maintaining.

                  I'm still sick but I'm going to the gym anyway. I will do 30 min on the treadmill.

                  The doctor gave me a cortisone shot in my foot today and I need to test the pain level when exercising.

                  I'm not going to push too hard, although maybe some exercise will help me get better! urplequ:

                    Ok, I knew that I didn't trust that scale last week.

                    Using the same scale this week it shows that I have lost one pound and am down to 184.

                    I did not exercise at the end of the week for a couple of days as I was really icky.

                    Oh well. A pound is an ok start.

                      Last night did 30 min treadmill level 10 at various inclines. My foot felt great!! That shot really helped.

                      However, I'm real sore from the shot!! :yikes I will still try to work out tonight.

                      Weight today is 142.5! Don't know if I should take it...? What the heck... I will!!

                        I Want to join!!
                        My starting weight is 182. 4th of July is my bday so it would be nice if I could be 150 by than. That is my mini goal! Ultimate goal is 120, but first 150, than 130.

                          I finally timed my aerobics tape. It is 50 minutes, so that is what I do every day right now. Also I expect that I should start to really shed some pounds as TOM finally got here today. Nothing like being 3 days late. He has been on his own schedule for a few months now. One month he went completely AWOL for a month. So Hopefully now I will be dropping the pounds like water over a fall

                            Didn't exercise yesterday :no Dang foot! Tonight I will do some weights. I'll see how my foot feels at the end of the day to see if I can handle any treadmilling.

                            Weight today is 141.5 but I'm not changing stats yet. Don't know if it's a "real" loss yet.

                              I'm calling this week a wash. Dang foot :confused I will exercise next week Mon-Thurs as hard as I can. I will be out of town Fri, Sat & Sun to our Niece's wedding in Vega$... WOOHOO!

                                Well this week has been a wash for me too. My son got sick and i ate whatever i could as i didn't plan for being in the dr. office as much as i was. I havn't gained any so we will call that a small victory. I havn't worked out all week and feel crappy about it. I am going to start strong now!!!!! We will wee what next week brings.
