Last night I did 48 min on the treadmill at level 7 with various inclines. My foot still craps out so I can't hit the 60 min mark yet :no Then I did 30 min upper body weight training.
Tonight I'm going to do lower body weight training and 30-45 min on the treadmill. Maybe I'll try level 10!! :yikes

I am back sort of. I am not 100% But am feeling a lot better.
Should be able to get back to excercising this weekend. Monday at the latest.

Hi all checking in for my first week of this challenge. I havn't been working out like I should; however I did play soccer three days last week. I borrowed the Slim in Six videos from a friend and DH and I are going to start them tonight.
Weight: I am down 10 Pounds I think i was down more at the end of last week and then I cheated so here we go starting again. If I can ever learn to get through the weekends without a cheat I may make some real progress.

Ok, I knew that I didn't trust that scale last week.
Using the same scale this week it shows that I have lost one pound and am down to 184.
I did not exercise at the end of the week for a couple of days as I was really icky.
Oh well. A pound is an ok start.

I finally timed my aerobics tape. It is 50 minutes, so that is what I do every day right now. Also I expect that I should start to really shed some pounds as TOM finally got here today. Nothing like being 3 days late. He has been on his own schedule for a few months now. One month he went completely AWOL for a month. So Hopefully now I will be dropping the pounds like water over a fall

Well this week has been a wash for me too. My son got sick and i ate whatever i could as i didn't plan for being in the dr. office as much as i was. I havn't gained any so we will call that a small victory. I havn't worked out all week and feel crappy about it. I am going to start strong now!!!!! We will wee what next week brings.Mychelle
