I did housework Saturday and kinda rested Sunday. So tonight I will hit it hard at the gym. I would REALLY really LOVE to be in the 120s by July for my hubby's family reunion!!!
I'm down to 242 now, only another 17 lbs. to go to get to my mini goal set for July 4, at 225. Did an hour of cardio today, so maybe tomorrow morning will be another surprize for me :joy
Hello All! Just checkin in today I'm still at 247, but not discouraged becuz I've lost another 2.25 inches this past week!!! :joy :joy. My body always loses lbs-stops, then loses-inches, and on a good week I lose both at the same time :yes. I still have 27lbs to lose by July 4th, but I think I can do it :icondance
is it wrong if i dont weight in the next two mondays, i usually start gaining and retaining water a week or so before tom shows up, last month was soooooooooooooo emotional for me, the ups and downs, i really just want to stay away from the scale until he leaves, is that ok with everyone, what do you think?
Shelly Lynn; I think you are on to something. I'm now in my 'frozen' stage again...no loss and I've done this over and over..will probably stay like this for 2-3 weeks and then drop a pound or two. Very frustrating.
I have just come to the conclusion, like you, that it might be better when this is happening, to weigh myself every couple of weeks (staying on track of course!).

Just checking in for this week! I'm now 243lbs and wearing a size 20 Jean and 18/20 shirts!!!! I will measure and report on Wedneday. because I have some training classes to attend for work Mon and Tue.
I am good with it though as I have had 3 lb losses for the past 3 weeks, so I am sure just body evening out. I will work out this week and stick to schedule to see if I can move it.
