Better late than never - I am joining in and going to put myself down for 15 lbs. gone by July 4. So that'd put me at 221, from 236. That will take off most the weight that I gained when I got off the diet/woe last year to travel.
I also put up a challenge for September, which is my bday - it'll be a great birthday present if I can finally hit the 100 lbs. lost mark, and even greater if someone joins me!

Edited to add: I just went back and looked over this thread and you guys look great! You are doing so well! But for those not dropping lbs. every week - check out your tape measure, or use and mark a long piece of string - you will find your body is just doing some readjusting of things, moving inches off, so that the next few lbs. can drop!

I'm back
Sorry for disappearing. I'm still feeling a little discouraged. I went back on strict induction after gainining the 5 pounds I lost during the beginning of this challenge. So...it's time to figure something out. I know I can do this. I never thought I could do Atkins for a year and I did it. I never thought I could lose this much weight but I did. I've accomplished a lot and I'm going to kick this final 25 pounds of fat's butt!!!!!!My first goal-I'm going to drink water like I've never drank water before. How many bottles of water do most of you drink a day?????

Hey Everyone!
Can I join too? I'd like to lose 20 lbs by July 4th! I'm still in induction and I'm planning on staying with induction until May 1. I have about a total of 35 pounds that I want to lose.
How do you guys do this, do you check in everyday?

I wasn't able to get weighed in today. So I will do it in the morning and get it posted. I don't think I am losing scale weight, but I am losing tape weight slowly but surely

Ok so I got weighed in this morning and I seem to have gained 2 pounds. Am not sure how that happened, but I refuse to sweat the small stuff. I sweat enough working out every day. Besides I am shrinking and I have donated all the old jeans to the second hand store that prove it. I will make this goal.
