Hi Caryl, welcome to the thread. I agree with Jane you do get a bit addicted to, I'm at the point now, I would feel bad to come here and say I cheated, lol.
sunny....i need your help!! i am going to join this challenge starting march 1st, i need to be accounbtable for those things i put into my mouth. i have plateaued for over a month....almost 1 1/2 months now....between 245 - 250lbs. if i can go the entire month of march with better eating....and i do know what i have to do.....i will surely break below 240lbs....maybe 235lbs....with a consisted effort of exercise see you in a few days....

Welcome Chris! If you ask for my help, you will get it, but you gotta know that I'm gonna be kicking your butt over eating foods that are not Atkins friendly. I got you to buy the book, but I don't know if you ever read it. :reading: You are so dedicated with your exercise, but need to have the same dedication with the foods that you eat. I have confidence that you can do it!
