I know what you mean about eating late Sunny, I generally get home around 10pm, if I eat it's legal, but to much, then I can't sleep. All you can do is try.

I started Atkins on Monday (7th of April) I am totally into this challenge. I know I have some catching up to do since I started later into the year.
Day 38 for me. Sunny, how do you make your clam chowder?
A bottle of clam juice, 2 cans chopped clams, turnips in place of the potatoes, onions, bacon and the grease and heavy cream. I just fry 4 pieces of bacon in the pot, remove and crumble the bacon, saute the onions in bacon grease, peel and cube turnips small, pour in the bottle of clam juice and the liguid from the drained clams and simmer until the turnips are tender. Add in the clams, heavy cream and crumbled bacon and just heat to a simmer and turn off heat. Cover and let it set for a few minutes for the flavors to meld. I also added a teaspoon of ThickenThin not/Starch thickener, but you don't really need it.
