Well, everyone isn't doing great. I had three really bad days and caved to some really bad stuff--each day after staying straight all day. I am now back to my "nothing after dinner/7:00 p.m." rule. That worked for over two years, I don't know why all of a sudden I started eating after dinner again. I know that I probably can never have any kind of bread without going bonkers. That's how this all started. I made a loaf of bread with nut, flax and soy flours and I made chicken salad. Sweets were never my downfall--it was bread and sandwiches. I couldn't stop eating 'sandwiches'! I eventually ate the whole small loaf over a day and breakfast the next morning. It was very low carb, but high fat and high calorie.
Sooo Day 3 done...one more time. Now that I am back to my exercise schedule, I don't even want to cheat.

I can see where I can tighten up on the protein I've been allowing myself.
