        Hi Daina,

I don't mind at all, I hope it helps. I must admit, sometimes breakfast is the hardest to be creative with.

I've actually been having trouble with that. Since I have been so strict and on the diet so well, I find myself doing things I never would have done before. My appetite is so low, I find myself stopping eating to do something. I never did that before. I mean, nothing disturbed a meal. Now, I eat like half my food and something will pop in my mind and I will get up and go do it then say "Oh yeah, I need to finish eating!"

Today isday 6 of March cheat free. Someone offered me a piece of gum today and I automatically took it, not thinking. Then I thought about this board and you guys and when she turned around, I just stuck it in my pocket and didn't chew it.

Have fun at the dog competiton Jane, sounds fun. Be good at the wedding reception No real big plans for me, my boys have baseball signups and the wife wants to go to a home show at the local arena. Going to redo the master bath this Spring so we are looking for ideas.

                  Great job everyone!

:comes slinking in to confess: After staying cheat-free for 39 days; talking myself out of it until after 11:00 p.m., I caved! I kept having a pity party about having to do the yeast-free torture diet again and not being able to exercise and ... I ... caved ... to really bad stuff for me--wheat. Then I couldn't sleep all night from the effects from it. It does really bad stuff to my gut and nervous system. It's not fun. I have a very good memory, so why do I keep doing this?? I went months and months without one cheat. Now, I get in the neighborbood of 40 days and cave. It didn't help a thing. I still had to start the yeast-free diet the next day, and that shot of wheat made the yeast die-off that much worse.

Anyway, this day 4 cheat-free, yeast-free diet. I am over the worst of it. I was able to walk outside yesterday and today, I rode my recumbent stepper for 20 minutes. After Monday's visit with the surgeon, I think he will release me to more lower body exercise. I am healing really well, and the infection I had under the healed scar is gone without taking more antibiotics. I will persevere. I will get to goal!

                        Sunny!
