
2008 How Long Can You Go??? Challenge
A new year, a new you, a new me! This is a challenge to help us all commit to this WOE and be accountable to ourselves and to each other.
As with the previous challenge, everyone defines cheating for themselves, but certainly, eating any food not on Induction or your current rung is cheating, or eating off plan as I prefer to call it. I have other rules which I abide by, such as not eating after a certain time (7:00 p.m.) and I eat nothing after dinner, so if I break those rules, for me it is cheating or eating off plan.
To join this challenge, just jump right in and start posting, counting every day that you have stuck to your commitment to this WOE. If you do fall off, come here and fess up and get immediately back on plan. Start counting the days and weeks again. Better yet, come here before you fall off and let us talk you out of eating carbage.
This is a pledge that I signed recently in a commitment challenge. I think it applies to this commitment, as well.
