    Is it too late to join in this challange?!? Oh I hope not!!! Start weight 160, Current weight 151, May goal weight 135? (is that reasonable?) Over all goal weight 125.

          Going to enjoy this beautifull Texas spring weather and plant my garden this weekend. I'll be on and off throughout the weekend checking back in. Thinking induction friendly veggies......... tomatoes, squash, zucchini, jalapenos and bell peppers..... Okra next month..... And you never know I'll see what transplants are available at the local nursery. BTW I already have lettuce, spinach, onions and beets growing (on the beets I just eat the greens).

              And Chleochatra, I hope you have found time to brush your teeth and remove the onion breathe! Ha! Ha! :tounge I am doing well today! Thanks for inquiring. I actually ate veggies for breakfast (Kale, spinach, and broccoli.) Who would have guessed six months ago I would have eaten any veggies at all...let alone for breakfast! :joy Have a great "healthy eating day!"

              Welcome Bluecup! I see your a busy MOM of several! Me, too! I would suppose that you are like me in that, you have always taken care of everyone else but yourself!?!? Right? Well, good to have you here! Do something special for YOU today!

                Hi everyone- i missed you guys- I've been in defensicve tactics training for work for the past week, so I have not been able to weigh(which is killing me since i weigh in everyday), but hopefully i will have a loss since the training was brutal, but then i had to eat more too- but still on track with the food choices so thats good, well i will check in again on Mon to hopefully report a loss-

                Its nice to see that we have more people that joined this challenge- everyone seems to be doing great and EastTX your pics ar soo great you look terriffic

                  Hey Ladies I drop a pound today i weigh in at 159 pounds that's good because i am on tom. usually i will lose 5 pounds after tom too i will see this sat. I haven't been in the 50's in 7years :sadblinky

                      Okay - my new scales are crap. Bought them a few weeks ago and not only did they increase my weight ( :anger ) but today they gave different readings three times in a row. This morning I weighed in at 85.7kg - 83.6kg - there's a big difference there. I have decided to count my weightloss this week as zero and hope that next week I will see a bigger difference :no

                      Looks like my goal is firmly out of reach :sadblinky

                            I didn't work out all weekend and it's not looking good for today, either. I don't know if it's flu, sinus infection or both. I have to work but I'm going to rest as much as I can to get rid of it. Dangit.....

                              very upset

                              Hi there-
                              Well I was certainly very very disapointed when i stepped on the cale today- after all last week of hard defensive tactics i assumed/figured i would lose quite a bit of weight, but i didnt-
                              in fact
                              im up by 3 lbs- but maybe its just bloat- whi knows thats what im hoping at least... i worked out 8 hours a day last week(for training for work) and i upped my meals, b ut im so upset that i didnt lose.
