        Bad week for me. I lost 1 pound! I have no idea why. Lets hope next week is better.

          Congrats on all the losses! Rhinod, sometimes we don't lose as much as we like one week, but hopefully by next week you will see a really big loss.
          Ztachick, I understand. I am weighing every other week in hopes to see a change. I'm sure you are seeing a water fluctuation though. Weigh again tommorrow and I'll bet you see much better results. Your muscles may be holding water from all the extra exercise!

            ugh! zero weight loss this week. I figure it's because I missed about three of my walks last week due to my son being in hosp. oh well i'll get back on track this week.

              Just checking in this Monday evening! I had a disappointing week as my weight stayed the same after alot of hard work and exercise! Oh Well! I didn't gain! I'm still at 236.5! CONGRATS to all of you who were successful this week! Keep it up!

                Ok, down 1 lb, which is better then nothing I suppose. I just got a Pilates bodyband workout tape, so I'm hoping that this will help somewhat. Keep up the good work everybody!

                      My weight won't budge :bang I guess a pound a month is as good as it's gonna get.

                      I'm going to the gym tonight even though I'm still sick. The doctor gave me a cortisone shot in my foot so now I need to test the pain level. I will end up having surgery but I'll humor him for now.

                      I'll do 30 min on the treadmill and my own pace.

                        Don't feel bad, debbie. I'm stuck, too!

                        We'll be in the "stuck club" together.

                          Cleochatra,

                          I figured out my problem... I think. I was experimenting with Fitday. I usually (not everyday :yikes ) enter my daily menu except that I never updated my dinners.

                          I did a sample today of what my normal day is. I'm not getting enough calories. I was WAY low! I'm suppose to be around 1374 and I was getting less than 1000. Plus my fats were too high even though I don't cook breakfast with butter anymore.

                          Hmmm.... I'll follow this for a week and see what happens! Maybe my body was in starvation all this time and I didn't know it!
