Re: New YOU in the New Year's Challenge
Hi All,
Just wanted to let you know that I'm still here and still doing the Challenge. I moved into a new apartment which is lovely and am heading back to Canada and the States for the holidays (hopefully will be able to stay on program). On my new scale it says my weight is 171.6 lbs which is down (at last!) however since it wasn't the scale that I took my original weight on I don't know if it is just the scale (oh well, I'll take it
). This puts me only .6 lbs above my first mini goal and 2.6 lbs above my New Year's goal.
As I head home for the holidays my goal is only going to be to stay on program and maintain my current weight loss.
How are you all planning to stick to your programs during the Xmas holidays? Anyone else travelling?
Happy Holidays,
Rae

... would rather take my time and keep it off by making permanent changes I can live with. A "diet" connotes a quick fix, not a lifelong commitment.
