    Keepin' It Pure Challenge

Would anyone here be interested in a Keepin' It Pure Challenge?

The premise is not eating any junk Frankenfoods or going off plan.

We eat only whole, pure, Atkins on plan foods. We'll post our menus and generally root each other on!

Great idea, I'm game - how do we post our menus - just like regular posts and this one will just continue? Maybe we should add a little, "how do we feel" after our menu for the day. Sometimes certain foods don't agree with us (headache, bloat, etc.) and we just don't realize it until we look at a diary.
    Crawling still gets you there!

                    Hey kids!
                    This is a fantastic idea!
How about I move this to the Challenges area, and put up a sticky in here with a link to it so those interested can join you?

I got up, went for a run and it was absolutely gorgeous out at 7:30 am! Came home, drank almost a liter of water :joy showered up and bf took me for breakfast at our favourite brekkie place.

I am on OWL, and I had the most delicious omelette with sundried tomato, spinach, green onions and goat cheese and two of the best sausages in the world!! I also had a cup of decaf, and I have a little tin with packets of splenda in my purse.

What a great start to my day! Hope everyone else is doing good too!
