    brunch-went to Ruby Tuesdays,chop sirlion steak,topped with pepperjack cheese,mushrooms,Had brocoli,unsweet tea
    Snack , like i needed it.Small hb patty
    Supper ground beef,salsa,sour cream






    scale says im down 2 more pounds today i was for sure i would gain 5 lol
    eating all that heavy meat..Shall see if it sticks tomorrow..

        I want to join this challenge, but do I have to post my menus. This is too time consuming for me right now during this time in my life. Could I just check in here as an accountablility thing?

            I would like to join this challenge - I am trying to do induction (again) and I am on second day

            B - 2 scrambled eggs and 2 bacon
            L - chicken caesar salad
            D - plan on having hamburger patty and green beans or salad

            Yesterday (day one):

            B - ham and cheese omelet
            L - cheese stick
            D - steak and salad

            I try to drink lots of water, lots of crystal lite lemonade and diet rite when I have to have a pop

                    Time to wake up this challenge!!

                    To answer the question about whether you have to post your menu, the answer is no...nothing is really required other than the comittment to eat pure and clean. You can post your menu if you like, or talk about what keeps you motivated, it's whatever you want.


                    One thing that I realized the other day, about eating pure, is that our recycling bin takes about 5 times longer to fill up now! Pre-Atkins it used to be stuffed with boxes from mac&cheese, rice mixes, oh gosh...just about anything that came in a box to help make a quick dinner I bought! I'm sure we've reduced our garbage output by at least a half, to two thirds.
                    These days there's usually just egg cartons and the paper price tags from all the new clothes I've had to buy...lol

                    I've looked at all the low-carb mixes but there are so many recipes on this board and on the net that I have a huge variety of things to make myself at home, where I know exactly what's in them. I really do prefer that.

                      Day 3 of induction. I don't have a scale. I'll go out and get one perhaps next week. Breakfast = hard boiled egg
                      Lunch - salad
                      wter, water, water
                      dinner - i'll have hamburger patty w/ mayo and mustard mix.

                        I am new here and have played around for a few weeks.
                        Totally missing pasta and bread.
                        Any suggestions would be helpful.
                        I would also like to hear how much everyone is losing and any tips you all might have. I am feeling pretty low!

                          I'm on Day 2 and want to join in. I need the ACCOUNTABILITY.

                          Day 1
                          B- 3 boiled eggs
                          S- celery sticks with cream cheese
                          L- green sald with dill and swordfish steak on top (tbs olive oil on top)
                          S- 2 sausage links and 2 ozs cheddar cheese
                          D- grilled chicken thighs with broccoli
                          water and tea all day long

                          Swam for half hour

                          Day 2
                          B- spinach, scallion, and dill omlette, 3 sausauge links
                          L- green salad with 2 oz of cheese and grilled chicken
                          D- grilled shrimp with avacado. I need to add some veggies to this
                          water and tea all day

                          swan for 40 minutes

                            Eating whole foods isn't my problem...my problem is drinking Sodas! Whether it be Diet Rite, Diet coke, ect...I am commiting to stay away from it! Aspertame bad...evil bad I tell you!
