I know it is a life style but lets face it December may be the hardest month for this lifestyle
I mean... my favourite holiday treat is made with half a bucket of corn syrup
So this is the challenge for all of us to stay sane and huddle together.
Personal Goal areas (Pick your own - add some, It is up to you. These are suggestions
Weight: Set a realistic weight goal for yourself to achieve my the end of the month. I will try to maintain
Inches: Maybe you could lose one or two?
Diet: Set some reasonable goals - I will not eat these things. I will focus on these goals
Water: Stay hydrated. Daily goals?
Supplements: I will be focusing on vitamin D. What about you
Exercise: Be reasonable - count those shopping and cleaning
Motivation: Perhaps writing down a few motivating cards to look at when things get tough. Like: I will not endulge (event? Occation) because I want to still fit my size ? dress.
Planning: treasonous traps to be avoided in December. Parties, get together, baking. Every week we need to plan and figure out what we will do to stay focused
taking care of me: Yes this is the month of giving but we need to take care of ourselves too. How will you treat yourself this month
