    Almost messed it all up today. Took inventory in the freezer and saw a few bags of frozen spaghetti squash. Reached right for one but decided on broccoli. Didn't realize how close of a mistake it was until I logged on here and saw the thread... Hahaha

    So still on the wagon thanks to a fantastic loaded broccoli (and honestly shear laziness).

          No diet drinks for me
          I'll be 23 next month.
          I have a wonderful/supportive bf and a daughter who is a year and a half old.
          If I cant lose the weight for myself, I'll do it for her!

            When it comes to pb Mary I need to stare it down. I need to know it is there but that I am stronger. That is the game I am playing. Let's see who wins. So far it is me. Another day with out it. Yes it feels good.

                So far so good. My husband wanted to make coffee after dinner last night and I told him NO!!!!!!! This week won't be too hard to skip the afternoon coffee as I am not working but the following week will be harder.

                  no bread for me today. i even went one step further and tossed the bread starter i use for my wheat bread.

                    Still ranch free. It's sort of a tough one...I have to really pre-plan eating, so I don't grab it out of habit. Bought a new kind of salad dressing and avocados, which I mix with mayo for dressing or sauce for chicken. Motivates me to try new things !

                      New things are good. I find I also have to look for new protein snacks. And they are hopefully better for.

                        Today had chicken liver (spicy)so no need of cheese.

                          No bread over the weekend. Can't say I wasn't tempted and I had to turn down homemade bread (toast) at breakfast today, but I did it!

                            Doing great so far. Breakfast is the hardest time for me, because the bars were a quick thing to grab and I REALLY don't like eggs, and don't always have time to cook bacon or something. But knowing I had accountability people to report to has helped. Thanks everyone!

                            PS - I lost a pound and a half from Friday to Sunday with the only change being cutting out the bars. Maybe I'm on to something.
