      Ranch Free - bought a new type of dressing that I used yesterday for my chicken salad. it was a cucumber/garlic - very good - nice to have a change.

      Tonight - will be avocado/mayo dressing on my salad.

        No diet drinks so far, I honestly thought it would be alot harder then it is. Its not easy, but its very do-able for me. It just comes natural to me, to keep filling my cup at the tap ... Im proud of myself hehe
        I'll be 23 next month.
        I have a wonderful/supportive bf and a daughter who is a year and a half old.
        If I cant lose the weight for myself, I'll do it for her!

                No cheese - no bread - no nothing

                OK no pb for me.
                I am feeling lighter. I think pb weigh me down in more ways than one

                      Man, I blew it! I was so hungry yesterday afternoon and was supposed to go grocery shopping after my daughter's doctors appointment but that ran so long that I was not able to make it before my next appointment so I broke down and had coffee to hold me over until dinner. Oh well, today is another day.

                            Ha! I was at the grocery store and saw some Cream Havarti cheese and I said HHhhmmmmm, haven't had that for a while.

                            And then I remember no "hard cheese for me"!


                            So I thought I won't even bring it home so it won't tempt me. It will still be at the grocery after the Olympics!

                              No bread. I can't believe how hard this has been though! I have found myself reaching for bread a few times but caught myself. I didn't realize just how much I have been nibbling. I am glad I picked this for my challenge.
