          Down to 240.75 today, despite having the flu for a few days and having to go out to eat a few times with an out of town friend!! I am happy!!

                  1 lb. gone yesterday morning - that's the good news.

                  The bad news is that I cheated yesterday afternoon. My family came in from out of town and it was hard to resist some Tex Mex and beer with them.

                  Back on today... starting from scratch again!

                    I'm doing ok and i'll weigh in on this coming Friday. Fixing to hit the gazel for about
                    30 minutes.or until I pass out. Oh I was wondering can you have those green tea drinks by Arizona? It has 0 carbs. I hear green tea will help boost your metabolism.

                      Hi ,Ive been an my own style Atkins since Mar.03 I lost 113 but have gained 20 back also.But have been working out also almost 5 days a week (most weeks)So I will also accept the challenge.My goal is 150.But I dont care if I dont reach it at the exact date.Since July 11th., Ive been doing a induction style eating plan 20-(40/Fri.+Sat )carbs a day.No sugar alcohols though.Except a weekly atkins mounds bar..My weight today is 186.I started at 278.So count me in.

                                Hi, I'd like to join too. I'm a 2nd timer and have also gained most of the weight I lost 2 years ago and it's time to get them off for good. I don't have a scales handy at the moment (in temporary housing for 2 more days) but will by the weekend and will start weighing myself on Sunday. I imagine I weigh about 165 lbs. now and want to get back to 140-145. Hopefully we can give each other the support we all need to do this - we CAN do it!!!!
