    Wow. I just stepped on the scale and I am 5 pounds heavier now than I was ths morning. I hate that! I guess I will lose it through osmossis while I sleep again. My matress must be getting really heavy.

      Yeah, well I'm going to have to change my posted weight, for the first time, in the wron direction. Maybe I should just leave it and force myself back down.

        Did you over eat the legal stuff or have a crab-fest? I find if I do wrong it tends to be over eating the legal stuff. Maybe it is hormonal. You know.... that time of the month?

        I wouldn't rush into changing your weight just yet. Always give it a day or two. It might just be a bit of water.

          Overate the legal stuff. But I was also over my carb limit. Scale is sticky at this new weight. I'll leave it for a few days I think.

            I never get too excited to change my weight on the board because my weight fluctuates so radically! It used to be extremely irritating, now.... I am learning to live with it 'cause that is just how I am made.

            Weight is just an indicator anyway. Just a number. If you are content with your size and/or happy with how you look and feel then it is all good.

              morning folks - just catching up. My laptop was a bi*ch again yesterday, really need to get a new one.

              Shoes - not, rather go barefoot anyway But when I buy them, I pay good money. Right now my favorite are my Born clogs!

              Weekend - went well. Concert was great. The rest of the weekend, very tired. Stayed on plan pretty well. We've created a habit of having 'nacho's on Sunday night [vs the pizza we used to have]. I had my toppings on cauliflower - really worked for me. Stayed away from the chips - yay me.

              Boot Camp - I did boot camp too and really liked it. It made me get back to basics and really focus. I gained quite a bit over the holidays and it's starting to come back off now.

              I really want to go golfing - so envious! I think I may come up with a set time every week and get some friends to join me. Now that bowling is over, I need to do something else!

              Right now I'm 'decorating' my bathroom. Hub painted and I'm cleaning up and decorating. I've decided to crochet three panels that say 'wash' 'soap' 'bath' - using thread. I started them yesterday, I'm pretty excited. Then got out some 'really' old jars from my grandmother. I'm going to find colored soaps to put in them, along with q-tips and cotton balls. All fun!

                    Well, as I'm still stuck at the 185 mark, I've decided to cut back my carbs by 5 grams and try to better keep track of my foods for the next few days. I think I have been overdoing the sweeteners for the most part. That and almonds. I have been sitting down with a bag and just eating without counting. Recipe for disaster here.

                    So, no nuts, no more than three servings of sweetener. Induction veggies, meat, eggs, and some cheese and fruit. No more... (no less).

                    Curses... There goes the 20% on topicness...

                          Nope, never. I just had a busy Tuesday. Farley played soccer tonight. Man are my feet sore. Well my ankles are. The damn field is so hard and full of potholes. Anyways after an hour and a half, I decided to head home. When I got there, it became quickly apparent that my wife did NOT know that I was planning on playing tonight. After we talked about it, it got all worked out.

                          Okay, I'm addicted to weighing myself. So I weighed last night at 187. I weighed this morning at 185.3. After I got home from soccer, I weighed myself out of curiousity. I was 182.4. Wierd. Normally I lose two pounds over night, so it will be interesting to see what I weigh tomorrow morning. Crazyness.

                            I played 18 with my bf today and now Im at work! Soooooooooooooooo tired! Soon it will be over!
