ummm-- my choice-- for ANY, ANY , ANY cheesecake is.......RASPBERRIES...My true all time favorite.
I hear you on that one! Raspberries are my very favorite fruit!
I've never had Thai tea either, hmm you say its orangey huh? Blood oranges would be good like 2big said, that or what about mandarin oranges? Actually what about just fresh homemade whipped cream instead, it would make it like a creamsicle taste.

crap. It said to check before the hour and 15mins was up and if it is turning brown to begin the next step. It's brown! Is that a bad thing? I haven't made a cheese cake since............... YEARS!!! Well, anyway, I have opened the oven and turned it off. We'll see what happens.

OH, it'll probably be fine Barb. Did you use the recipe from LowCarbLuxury? I made one from George Stella and it was awesome! I can't wait to see a pic of your! I bet it will be perfect!

I was just looking at the recipe from LCL that looks pretty yummy. The one I made from George Stella had ricotta cheese instead of sour cream. Can't wait to see yours!

Well, it looks like I can peel the brown stuff off the top. Sigh. We'll see. I set the oven even lower than the suggested temp, cuz I know my oven! Grrrr. But, I could just cover it with whipped cream or something and nobody would know the top was brown right? LOL. It's still cooling.

I'm sure it will be fine! Most real cheesecakes have a little brown on the top...like you said, throw some whipped cream on it or even whipped cream and berries, no body will be the wiser! I'm sure it will taste just fine!
