We had London Broil with sauteed mushrooms & onions & butternut squash cooked in brown butter. Yum yum. Actually, the london broil didn't turn out as good as it usually does. I usually sear it in my cast iron skillet on the grill burner outdoors, but we were out of propane so I had to broil it. Oh, I was also out of horseradish, and I ALWAYS eat my london broil with horseradish sauce. Oh well, it wasn't the worst dinner ever.

... plus y'all give really good suggestions; it's so easy to get caught in a rut. So tonight we're having pork spareribs, cooked in the crock pot with onion and broth, served with a big ol' salad and probably some broccoli with a bit of sesame oil.
