        I'm still not that well at moment, so am having a bit of time off from the gym. Will try and do a bit tomorrow, but am falling behind on my goal.

                Today I did 30 minutes eliptical and 30 minutes treadmill.
                Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

                Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

                Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
                Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                so:
                Restart Progress:
                12/28/09 ~ 235.1
                01/04/10 ~ 229.0
                01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
                (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
                01/18/10 ~ 227.4
                01/5/10 ~ 226.8
                02/01/10 ~ 222.6

                  I did 1.25 on Elliptical, which brings me to 3.5 miles of 25 for the month!
                  What would we do without it?



                  Mini-goal- 149 by June 1st. I can do it!!!

                            I am being lazy today. I am feeling sooooooo yucky today. Sore throat, stiff neck, ache back, my glands are swollen too! My head feels like it weighs a majillion pounds, so I am takin is easy.
