    I am commited to 20 workouts...3 down!!!

    Did power 90 sculpt (weight training) wed
    power 90 curcuit (cardio) thurs
    and walking one today.

                What a cool signature picture, Mother. Gosh, I wish I knew how to do that kind of stuff. You know, I used to work for what is now Verizon and we were WAY AHEAD OF EVERYBODY ELSE with technology. I had voice mail and e-mail before anyone even knew what they were. We were cutting edge I'm telling you!!

                Then I left and became self employed. Needless to say, as the technology graph line kept climbing, mine did not quite keep up with the pace. So I'm always jealous. Heck, as I think I mentioned earlier in this thread, I can't even figure out how to post a picture.

                  Whoohooo! This challenge is great. Twice now i would have talked myself out of doing my video. But I did it! And at night! Normally, if i don't do them by mid afternoon,.... aint happening.

                  I felt soo much better afterwards too Thanks for the challenge.

                    Did 30 minutes of the step video again, whew! I was definitely moving slower.

                    I'm taking the weekend off to give my poor muscles some recoup time. gotta keep moving or they'll just lock up on me!

                      Ok, FINALLY I've started chipping away at my goal of 15! I did Start it up! from the Slim in 6 series which is 25mins of pure squating/lunging/ab/ouchy fun! I feel good though but I'm definitely going to need to recoup for a bit here. I am !!!!

                      You are all doing a fantastic job! It's so awesome to find a challenge that really gets you motivated to work out! I know I would of skipped doing SI6 today if I didn't want to get the first vid workout under me belt so badly!

                        Hey Video Buddies!

                        I'm glad to see your posts!!

                        I had planned on taking Sat and Sun as rest days (my video calculations), but I think Matt wants to work out and I'd like to help him get started (especially for his back). So, we have one more errand to run and I think we're going to do a workout when we return. I'll keep you posted.

                        I agree! I like the little pic MotherCooter made for the challenge. I think it is cool. I'm not that good at stuff either. However, I have learned to post a picture so if you ever want help, just PM me and I'll walk you through it.

                        Do you like being self-employed or do you wish you would have stayed at Verizon?

                        Way to go Rachel! I feel the same way. If I didn't have to post in somewhere, it would be so easy not to follow through. That is what helped me in the beginning with the "cheat-free" challenge. I know that is why I got to three months -- by having to report in to someone and feeling like I let them down if I didn't do it -- especially when everyone else was.

                        I'm excited too about the video challenge. I think due to the increase in activity/metabolism that I've lost a couple more pounds this week. I'll know Monday for my official weigh-in. I'm wishing real hard.

                          Okay...I'm back!


                          Me and DH did the WATP one mile walk. (I'm breaking him in easy...) I'm not sure if he'll work out during the week with me since he leaves so early and gets home so late, but I can get him to workout at least on the weekends and when he is off on Fridays at least.

                          He is now officially starting Induction on Monday. Yeah!

                            Just got done with Self: Firm Flat Abs. It mixes pilates, yoga and the stability ball into a ripping ab routine! I sound like an infomercial! Anyway, that's #2 for me!

                              I like Leslie Sansone's workouts and have used them off and on for a few years, but I just love the walk/jog routine. It is a nice step up from the walking. I hope you enjoy it!

                                Looks like today is going to end up being a rest day for me. Matt worked outside almost all day and me in my kitchen. I'm trying to get it reorganized to become a low-carb kitchen for life. Whew! It has been a project. I'm still not finished, but it is time to feed the doggies and winding down for the weekend.
