          Another video tackled. I'm at 6/15. I did WATP power mile, TJ Learn & Burn and part of Cardio Party only because I'm klutzy and lacking coordination.

                    yes i am! one more six day session of ramp it up and then on to the final part for 4 weeks: the dreaded burn it up took before pics (YIKES), so hopefully there will be something good to share at the end of 6 weeks

                      TogaGirl-You are the woman for finishing Ramp it Up. That work out kills me.

                      Kat-I do use handweights (three pounds) for power mile. Sometimes I do the two mile walk with them but it really wears me out. I work for an orthopedic doctor and we see a lot of brittle bones. Using weights (even in small doses) is my way to fight off/prevent osteoporosis. This is an off the wall comment but if you don't use your muscles you lose it. I read a medical journal that said the average 80 year old can't lift a gallon of milk which is 8 pounds. I don't mind getting old but I want to be healthy and strong.

                        Wow, you guys are doing so great!!! I'm amazed at your stamina! I've been busy, but still getting my WATP walk and jog dvd done in the mornings. I did it already this morning, but this rainy weather is making me sleepy. I better get off the computer and get moving again.

                          Ok Kat, Now I know that I said I was going to do a work out video last night...but...errr.... I got home and did the Gazelle for 45 minutes (while watching Biggest Loser) and then the BF had some special birthday plans that I was unaware of. So I didn't do a vid last night. But tonight is a new night, and I'm determined!!!

                            Just popping in to see how you guys are doing. I really need to catch Kat's exercise bug because I've been SO slack lately.

                            Saty, while I know Kat wants to see you video-ing, I'm sure she wouldn't want you to hit your head against the wall for doing 45 minutes on the gazelle!

                              Okay, video nuts... I'm really curious to hear your thoughts on Slim in 6, especially those of you who are just starting it (Ramp it Up, right?). I have and really like some WATP DVDs, but am intrigued by Slim in 6. My questions are:
                              • How hard is it (strenuousness wise)?
                              • How complicated are the moves (I'm uncoordinated)?
                              • Do you think they are superior to other videos out there (and why)?
