    Alright! FINALLY, I got my butt moving and work up an hour early this morning to do some Turbo Jam. I did the 20min workout. I can't believe I actually got up early but I knew it had to be done! I'm baking a pie tonight, but I really want to do the Ab Jam too....must do it!

    Have a good day all! I'm at 11/15!!

      Good Morning,

      It sounds like we are well on our weigh with this challenge. I've been walking three miles a day (back and forth to work) for the past two weeks and on Monday (10/16) I restarted my the WATP 2 mile tape; In I addition to the walking. My exercise this week, beginning 10/16/06, thus far:

      10/16/06 WATP 2 Miles 3 Mile Walk (Round trip/2 & from Work)
      10/17/06 WATP 2 Miles 3 Mile Walk (Round trip/2 & from Work)
      10/18/06 3 Mile Walk (Round trip/2 & from Work)
      10/19/06 3 Mile Walk (Round trip/2 & from Work)

      Re-Started on 1/2/008, F 5'3, 47
      SW 229/ CW 229/ GW 150

        Kat, I have walk/jog and really like it. Also have the "brisk 2-mile," which I haven't tried yet. Will have to invest in walk/kick next. And then in Slim in 6 after I meet my 3+ week exercise goal. Last night, I just did the Evening Mile plus Legs. It's one of her easier ones, but at least it got my heart pumping a little. It's the first time I've exercised in weeks, so I gave myself permission to (re)start slow.

          Welcome Chris to the group!!

          Wow! Three miles round trip to/from work a day is a lot! How are you feeling? Do you use the hand weights with your WATP tape? I just started with using them with the Power Mile and my arms give out right before the end. Whew!

          Doesn't it feel great to be active?

              I look at it this way...it is a start and anything that gets us moving is a GOOD thing! Pretty soon you'll be buzzing around wanting to workout because you're feeling so good! The little bug is gonna get you!

                    Yes I use the 2 lbs. weighted balls used in the WATP 2 mile Video. It's great for the upper body. Have your tried it?

                        I don't have the weighted balls, but use two three-pound hand weights. I did the power mile this morning with those weights and can't make it all the way through yet. I'm hoping to accomplish that by the end of the month.

                        Do you have a favorite WATP tape?

                            Jess!! Look at you! You exceeded goal! I'm so proud of you!! Whoo hooo!

                            You are one helluva motivationalist! I was the one who always seemed to push the others and never really could do it for myself. I always wondered why and what was wrong with me!? I guess I never really believed I COULD do it. I have to say, my friend, YOU motivate me!!! I'm so glad you share your talent with us. I truly would not have come this far had it not been for your inspirational posts just when I needed them.

                            God is opening many doors for you.. and I know you will reap the rewards!
