    alright! I did my litres and abs and cardio - and am marking it on the sheet I have - which is stuck to my fridge for extra encouragement

    I already pm'd my stats, but hey! they're already an ongoing thing in the 6WEC and I shall put them here for posterity and so I can see it in print looking back in 20 weeks hehehe I am excited for the end already, it's going to be good

      I'm really excited, finally something to keep me in line =P. If I only have a date I just put things off and off... I for one won't be in a bikini either, but that's just because I'd burn like an albino, I'm tied for palest person in the state I believe =). I like my milk white skin though and wouldn't want to tan if I could, haha. I'm going to be doing a little bit of cardio and abs tonight, with more cardio tomorrow when I can get to the gym. I started a tracking journal too to make myself accountable for each day. Lets roll ladies, and get rid of the ones on our backs and above our pants ^_~.

          1.39 miles on treadmill, 150 crunches, 120 Oz of water! I feel proud i have such a good start. I weighed this morning and havn't been on it again since. I usually weigh about 5 or 6 times a day. Day # 1 DONE!

            Hi Everyone

            I know Angelstar has said to post your weekly figures to the website, but I personally think it would be best if everyone posted daily or whenever we do our activities so we dont lose interest in the challenge.

            So if you can all continue to show how fit you are daily that would be great!!

              Yesterday, I did 40 minutes of cardio (briskly walked 2 miles), did 100 sit-ups and drank exactly 100 ounces of water.

                  Today I did 30 minutes of cardio. My favorite form of exercise is a brisk walk early in the morning, and again in the late evening. We had been having unseasonably warm weather, and I was able to keep this up until just two days ago when the temperature dropped and we got about a foot of snow. So now I am doing step aerobics while I watch The View.

                  Got called into work early, so did not get (or take) the opportunity to do my measurements, but will report back tomorrow!

                    OK..I am definitly in this thing...I need to get a tape measure.....I am keeping track and need to get organized (I have 6 kids!)..I will be back in a day or two with my stats....thanks for all the e-mails.....this is going to be a stretch for me since my time is VERY limited so don't kick me out if I lag behind (although I am not planning on it) once in a while. Have a great day.

                      Sweetgirl - great idea about putting the chart on ur fridge! I've put photo's of bikinis that I like on mine.

                      Does anyone know how many oz in a litre?!

                      Well done to Tracie for staying off the scale yesterday! And well done to everyone for posting what they did yesterday. Jane will take down all the details and I will update the website on a Sunday. There is a typo on the website! It says 4 hours cardio but it should be 3, I will change it when BF comes home from work later. I've never run a website b4 so bear with me! This is also the first time myself + Jane have done anything like this b4 so please bear with us! I'm so excited about the end of this challenge, it feels like such a long way away but I know the months will fly by and Summer will be here b4 we know it. We can do this guys and girls!

                      Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
                      On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
                      Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
                      Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.

                        here's my Tuesday report:
                        water: 4 litres
                        abs: 80
                        exercise: 40 flights of stairs = 600 steps/35mins cardio
                        oh and NO weighing on the scale

                        Angelstar 1 litre of water = 34ozs or 33.8140226 ozs to be exact lol

                                I'm on target so far with abs and water but I'm starting to panic that I won't get the cardio hours done! I'm away with weekend, so it will be hard. I am aiming for 50 mins at the gym today!
