checking in for the week - new measurements in the signature. still plugging along. Missed two days of exercise last week, had to do emergency repairs on the house (ugh!)... Hopefully, this week will be calmer...

Yes the cross trainer is the same thing as an elliptical!!! cross trainer is easier to say and spell!!! lol
I've had to rest over the weekend - I twisted my knee again!!! I know to rest it now, or else it aches for weeks!!!
So how's everyone doing???
I took a photo of my back at the beginning of the challenge, and now that we're nearly half way thru, I've taken another!! so here's my results of using the cross trainer!!! lol Hopefully you can see a difference!! there's only 6lbs in weight difference!!!

You look amazing Jane, thanks for the pics to prove the elliptical does work. You now have an hourglass figure. It was about time the teacher showed the pupils what she has been preaching. I must say it looks more than 6lbs. You are a cover girl for sure.

26 yr 5'2 F Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs. On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs. Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs. Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.

Yesterday I walked for 40 minutes, did 32 min on machine and 100 crunches. I drank 152 oz of water. I will do the same or more today. I was down from 289 to 286. 3 more pounds gone bye bye
