      Saturday, Walked 2 miles and 15 minutes on the stability ball, stretches, crunches, push ups.
      MAY 2010 Challenges
      ABS-1200, Squats-1200, Lunges-400, PushUps-700, Stability Ball-250 mins,
      I weigh once a week, Mondays !

        i'm gettng much more stable while doing the sb ep1. i wobbled all over the place when i first started that and now i can get through the whole things without falling off. making progress!

          I'm a little behind due to a foot injury I did do 20 min on the 21st, so I think that means 55 min left to do for this month. I'm to lay off cardio for awhile but will still be able to manage the ball.

            55 is right, cyn. very doable since you can do some stretching. i look forward to seeing everyone get to goal. i'm still holding on that meltinglady will pop in here by saturday.

              I'm doing better at pushing the excercise than I am at pushing myself to post ...

              Saturday 15 mins back stretches, crunches, reverse crunches, push ups,,,,,plus walked 1 mile (15/65/150)

              Sunday 15 mins back stretches, crunches, reverse crunches, push ups .... plus 20 minute walk... (15/80/150)

              Monday Took a day off

              Tuesday ... 15 minutes of crunches, back stretches, reverse crunches, push ups.........and a 20 minute hike (15/95/150)
              MAY 2010 Challenges

                Cynthia, hope that foot gets better soon!

                I don't think I've posted my activity for several days, but I did 15 min on Mon and this morning, all stretching since I've been moving books, boxes, and gardening all weekend.
                HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
                Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

                  i finished my minutes by doing pushup, chest press, pull overs, other weight work, a few stretches, some bridges and that leg/ball squeeze thing.

                      Yesterday I spent 20 minutes on the stability ball in the morning.

                      Then.... I spent 1-1/2 hrs pounding 17-10' metal T-post fence posts into Very Hard ground.

                      The sad thing is I am SO SORE today that I can hardly move.
                      I took the day off and just got back from soaking in the Hot Springs down the road.

                          Check you all out for meeting and exceeding those minutes, bio and Jimmie!!! Woo hooo!

                          I'm here to officially report that I did 30 minutes on my ball today....130/200 with 70 more to go...LOL...

                          Well, Jimmie, it looks like I may end up doing the last minutes at the last minute...LOL. We'll see. I'll be working my bestest between today and tomorrow.
