                This was taken October 2007, I weigh 375.

                I was on atkins last year in the early fall and lost about 30 pounds. I obviously gained it back...but I know this is the right diet for me as it works very good. So I am back!

                  Wasn't around much on the weekend, so didn't do any ball activities. Tonight though I did and I really really like it! So please record my 20 minutes. I think I may start my mornings with this thing.

                        Well, I'm not on the ball! haha
                        I have a project and a final this week and about the only good time I have to work on them is after the kids go to bed and that's when I do my stability ball work. I turned in my project today and I have 2 more questions on my final (and they are a doozy!) and I'll be done with that. Everything has to be turned in by midnight Thursday so if worse comes to worse I'll be back on the ball on Friday.
