    good for you, apple! that slow swim is a hard balancing act!

    i'll post an update shortly and try to do that pretty often for everyone.

        This morning I did 20 minutes of stretching, crunching, and some leg work.

        Apple, the slow swim sounds like a great idea! I'm gonna have to try it!

          everybody understood i made an error on the first post, right? the things listed are examples of what could be done but any ball exercise counts. wanted to make double sure of that.

              Hi! Remember me? heh heh....
              Ok, I got my ball out and did 15 minutes. The exercises I did were swimming (like that dolphin fantasy Apple! ), and the clamshell crunches. I had to lay on the floor to recover, but it felt good!

                  This was taken October 2007, I weigh 375.

                  I was on atkins last year in the early fall and lost about 30 pounds. I obviously gained it back...but I know this is the right diet for me as it works very good. So I am back!

                          cynthia, i kinda figure if your using the ball and some muscles are being worked and your sore afterwards then the name doesn't matter so much.

                            Been sick with a stomach thing for about 1 week so Atkins and exercise have been out. I have completed 20 min of the ball challenge. Hopefully will be up and around this next week. My last day of work is Friday for the summer so I will have plenty of time to catch up.
