    Sunday--no ball work
    Monday--15 minutes

    Apple, blowing up the ball is a workout in itself! Even with the air pump, it's difficult as you get near the end.
    HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
    Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

      Thanks for not kicking me out, Jimmie. Yeah, no...I don't want to have to do the minutes all at one time either....and you ain't kidding, bio, muscles in my arms hurt. LOL.

      I did it!

      20 minutes to account for today. Woo hoo!

      My room's clean now so I can have more room for the ball.

        This pic was in 2005, I weighed 372.

        This was taken October 2007, I weigh 375.

        I was on atkins last year in the early fall and lost about 30 pounds. I obviously gained it back...but I know this is the right diet for me as it works very good. So I am back!

            LOL apple!! I guess if you need an extra arm workout, you can let the air out of the ball after you use it and pump it back up again! That's gotta count as exercise, right?

                  I bet you guys are pretty impressed with my accomplishments in this challenge so far! Ha Ha...ok, well I've been minding my back as it's been acting up, so now I've been to the chiropractor and to massage therapy and tomorrow I shall give the ball a go!

                                15 minutes today...I did the "slow" swim and pretended I was in a far off island swimming with dolphins. Made the time go by faster. LOL.
