    Hi there
    You know those ones where you squeeze the heck out of the ball with your legs? Well I like that one! You can feel that one up in your abs! Massage Therapist told me I have to get my core strengthened to look after my back, so I guess I better get at it.
    This morning = 15 minutes.

      MG, strengthening your core will definately help your back. Also, the more you sit around, the worse your back gets. Movement, such as walking, will help your lower back.

      Did 20 minutes of crunches, stretches, and leg exercises.
      HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
      Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

        bio, you're gonna be at goal in record time! you're already up to 210!!!

        mg, i like those squeezes too. my inner thighs need work and that exercise is really working those muscles.

          This pic was in 2005, I weighed 372.

          This was taken October 2007, I weigh 375.

          I was on atkins last year in the early fall and lost about 30 pounds. I obviously gained it back...but I know this is the right diet for me as it works very good. So I am back!

            try posting once a week. keep your totals at home, handwritten and come in just one day a week. that will keep you in the challenge and on track with your exercise.

              meltinglady - you are doing so good I'd hate to see you drop out of the challenge! I do what Jo suggests sometimes when I can't get on the computer for a while. I just jot everything down and log it all when I get to it.

                melting, you have 90 of 200 minutes done! half way home with half the month to finish. so very doable. i just want to urge you again to stick with it! you've made such good progress!

                  I third what Jimmie and Cynthia have said. It can be difficult to log on everyday, so don't if it becomes a problem....just keep track of what you've done on a piece of paper and just log on once a week or so. We'll miss your company, but completely understand that sometimes you need time away from the computer to face challenges at home.

                  Please...hang in with the challenge. If it were easy, it wouldn't be a challenge, would it?

                    Melting Lady, I'm in the same boat as you with time on the computer. Friday seems to be the only day I can spend any amount of time on here as it's my day off. But I do what the others have said...keep track and pop in when I can to post. You're progressing so well - don't give up!

                    I'm have the house to myself tonight so am going to watch a movie (The Painted Veil) and swim through part of it on the ball!

                      Hi Everyone.....

                      I just found this challenge (didn't find it when I was searching the challenge board ) and was hoping you would be willing to let me join halfway through the month ... Pleaseeee . I just finished the Atkins Attack challenge and have been frustrated with a tendon injury in my foot that's restricted my options. I was brain dead and didn't even think about using the Stability Ball.

                      How about if I pledge 150 minutes for the next 15 days?? (And I won't even count the excercise I do on the ball when I sit on it at the computer)

                      Regardless, I think I'll start this as soon as the house temp drops below 80 degrees....

                        the difference between this forum and the challenges forum is that this deals with exercise of some type and the challenges forum could be anything from dental hygeine to the scale challenges or you own personal challenge.

                        anytime you want an exercise challenge, this is the place to check out!
