You know those ones where you squeeze the heck out of the ball with your legs? Well I like that one! You can feel that one up in your abs! Massage Therapist told me I have to get my core strengthened to look after my back, so I guess I better get at it.
This morning = 15 minutes.

. I just finished the Atkins Attack challenge and have been frustrated with a tendon injury in my foot that's restricted my options. I was brain dead and didn't even think about using the Stability Ball.
