    Welcome to the challenge, apple!

    This morning, I did 20 minutes of stretches, crunches, and leg work. My knee is feeling much better!! 20/250
    HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
    Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

      Right on, bio!

      Guess I better go blow my ball up, or rather let 2 little girls full of hot air and energy do it for me...LOL...yes, I have the little pump, but they do such a great job.

              Total for June so far 15/200

              This was tough...LOL and amusing! I crack myself up. Thank God my hubby left the room!!!

              This pic was in 2005, I weighed 372.

              This was taken October 2007, I weigh 375.

              I was on atkins last year in the early fall and lost about 30 pounds. I obviously gained it back...but I know this is the right diet for me as it works very good. So I am back!

                              Okay, I confess!!! I haven't blown my ball up to start yet. Please don't kick me out....yet. I have good intentions that get sidetracked with my miles of walking, crunchers, and cleaning. BUT! I have the thing out and ready to blow up when I get back from taking my finals. Then I better get moving because ya'll are doing great!!!

                                i figure you got till june 30 to get those minutes done. i'd hate to see you doing all of them on that last day though.
