    Apple, I know you can do it!! You don't have to do all the minutes at once. Just 5 minutes here, 4 minutes there...it all adds up!

      Aaah....you gals are the bestest, you know that?!

      There's still time left in the day...and I haven't even looked at the ball today. I'm whooped from chores, miles, and crunchers. We're going fishing this evening, so maybe I'll get some time in later this evening. At the moment, I'm waiting for hubby to get back with the boat. I'm taking a pillow and a good book....that's what I call fishing..LOL.

        SQUEAK!!!!!


        I cleaned horse stalls for 3 hours, and still managed (barely) 20 minutes on the stability ball Friday Night.

        The today, the last day of the month, I spent a couple hours in the garden, rototilling, planting, pulling weeds, and JUST finished my last 15 minutes on the stability ball for my 150 minutes!!!!

              We didn't get back from fishing until after 10 last night (it was a great time of reflecting with my family over the past week...and caught 2 fish )...so, I didn't finish my minutes for June. It's all good to me, though. If I was able to air up my ball and actually use it instead of it taking up space in the closet because of this challenge, life is good.

              That being said...

              Congratulations to all of you who've done a fantastic job with the challenge!!! Woo hooo!
