100 ab crunches
50 squats
50 twist with exerice ball(sitting down)
25 side bends w/weights 5 lbs
25 above my head reaches w/weights 5lbs
arms 25 curls w/weights 5lbs
arms 25 back of arms reverse curl w/weights 5lbs
20 shoulder shrugs
i did all these exercise when i do my abs/squat challenges.
