    I did 20 min last night but I'm liking the idea of doing some both am and pm so I might try that. I'm such a routine girl that it will feel odd at first changing my routine but once I do it a few times it will stick ........

      good work grant! you're having a good start to the month!

      heidi, i hope that new routine helps keeps things new and fresh for you . you'll be adding up the minutes pretty quickly doing two sessions.

        20 min this morning: crunches, lower body, and stretches.
        HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
        Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

          10 minutes of upper body. this is done with weights.
          i did 1 minute of the thigh/ball squeeze so my minutes would end up at 60

              I bombed last night Hubby and I had an arguement that sent me into a do nothing mood so I did exactly that for some reason ignored my needs in the process ......... dumb I know, so today I am gonna be trying to get in that twice a day thing today and see how it works if I can do it this am and tonight I should be able to make up the minutes I missed from yesterday .......

                    Well I did 12 this morning and then 16 tonight ......... so I made up a few ......... I'll try and do the same through the weekend ........ I thought mornings would be easy for me but it's not I have so much going on in the house it's harder to focus .......... Oh well

                                It's right. The first and second were rest days and the third and fourth, I only did DDR.
