            And for anyone that didn't know..... YouTube is a great resource for this. Type in Stability Ball and you'll get lots of workout videos. Talk about variety !!

              I'm a bit behind in reporting my exercises! Here's the update:

              10/5 no ball work
              10/6 20 mins of abs, lower body, and stretches
              10/7 20 min of abs, upper body, and stretches
              10/8 15 min of abs, lower body, and stretches
              10/9 10 min of abs and stretches
              HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
              Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

                I have a super busy day so I did my work outs this morning ........ as you can see by my 12 min I slacked big time ......... I just can't get into it as much in the mornings for some reason .........if my class tonight is over soon enough I might try and get some more time in tonight but we'll see .........

                Everyone is doing awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yipppeee!

                  i can't get into the morning workouts either heidi. i'm lucky to make it downstairs without tripping over my own feet. just do what you can when you can and don't make it a drudgery or you'll lose interest. i'd rather see lower minutes and an ongoing workout than lots of minutes for 2 weeks and then total burn out.


                  kntrylady, thanks for the tip on youtube. i'll check that out and get a link to add to the first post.

                    Well I'm back from the doc and I'm going to have to either drop out or change my goals for the Challenge ......... dropping out will not effect me continueing when I can so don't worry about that but I am on a no pressure on my foot at all order for ten days following surgery and then a surgical boot for a week after that before I can resume normal use of my foot......... sooooooooooooo thats 17 days of no excercise ...... well any excercise that requires pressure on my foot or two feel for stability anyways if I am allowed to adjust my minutes for goal I will keep them at an average of 20 a day till the 15th which would put me at a total goal of 300. If it's against the rules to change your goal then I totally understand and I will just have to drop out for this month but will be back for sure in Novemeber!!!!

                      heidi, you can soooo change your goals. we're not unbending and written in stone or blood in this challenge.

                      in fact, i'd be willing to say, that whatever you do... that's the goal number. you might have problems arise that you didn't expect.

                      so i'll change the official number but whatever you get done this month, that will be your goal.

                          Thanks Jimmie so make my goal 300 and I'll work towards that. I did 20 more minutes last night ............ I learned a new one from a friend and it's just like swimming free style is a flutter kick balanced on the ball like when you do pushups .......... it was easy at first but after about 100 you really feel it and then she had me go slow with the same motion and it works your butt! Probably not new to you all but new to me and it added an easy extra few minutes to my work out with no toe pressure! Yippeee!

                              i used my taped programs for abs/back, upper body and stretching. also did a few minutes of the inner thigh squeeze.

                                I'll be away from the computer again for a couple days. So to catch up, I managed 15 minutes on the ball yesterday and today, giving me 85/250.
